Welcome to Wermilo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservation & Booking

All reservations at Wermilo are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Rates are per villa, per night, and are subject to change without notice.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of check-in. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees.

4. Casino Rules

Wermilo's Open-Air Casino is available to resort guests and visitors age 21 and older. Valid identification is required for entry. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

• Gaming is for entertainment purposes only
• Responsible gaming practices are encouraged
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted within designated areas
• Photography of gaming tables is prohibited

5. Resort Policies

Wermilo is committed to providing a peaceful and luxurious environment for all guests. Please respect our policies:

• No smoking in villas or enclosed areas
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets are not permitted (service animals exempted)
• Respect of natural wildlife and vegetation
• Adherence to all safety instructions provided by staff

6. Eco Standards

As an eco-luxury resort, we maintain strict environmental standards and expect guests to respect our conservation efforts:

• Water conservation practices
• Proper waste disposal in designated areas
• No removal of natural elements from the resort grounds
• Respect of wildlife observation guidelines

7. Liability & Insurance

Wermilo is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property. Guests are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance prior to their stay. The resort is not liable for any disruptions caused by weather conditions or natural events.

8. Changes & Modifications

Wermilo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
